General Summary
Manages and implements the BU operations activities and objectives to ensure the achievement of goals. Focuses for short‑term goals are on‑time delivery, inventory control and lead time working with manufacturing locations, demand planning and procurement peers. Supports Global Operations long‑term goal implementation, resource planning and coordinates the implementation of operations projects. Collaborate with New Product Introduction technical team to guarantee early orders management and delivery commitment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages the operations functions concurrent with business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead time achievement and customer orders escalation path.
- Introduction of new products in collaboration with division’s NPI technical team.
