We analyze client needs, develop people and organisation strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness. As a workforce consulting generalist, you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end‑to‑end organisation and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organisation, applying a breadth of understanding of workforce and talent consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organisational design, and employee experience.
