Job Description
Managing Director China Your tasks Value based strategic leadership and management of Blaser Swisslube China according to business plan and targets Take sales initiatives and drive business together with Blaser China team. Lead sales projects and look after key accounts P&L management for Blaser Swisslube China Contribute to the development of target customer groups’ (focused segments and applications) with correct value propositions Further refine sales management process in China according to KPI’s and vital parameters. Lead and ensure the execution of „Take 25“ strategy in China Make sure that customer enthusiasm will be always fulfilled. Organizational leadership and compliance responsibility within Blaser Swisslube China Responsible for Human Resources Management and its proper execution according process description HRM-Process (global). Sustainability and Risk Management in regard to business e.g. customer diversification, distributor management etc. Active participation in Asia Management Meeting Management by objectives: Responsible for top down target agreement together with subordinate functions. Conduct yearly job appraisal together with subordinate functions at BSC. Ensure proper coaching style management together with the China Management Team. Identification of new customer needs and feedback to global value proposition development Continuously look for Value-Innovation in trust-based Relationship-Management with the colleagues and the customer as well as China Machine Tool Builders.
