Job Description
Design and manage the programming, electrical, and pneumatic control parts of automated lines, as well as use technology to improve, perfect, and automate production processes, and reduce manual intervention, all within the requirements of the quality management system. * 0 accidents caused due to safety equipment faults and/or failures. * Debugging of new automated lines * Increase in OEE on production lines, reduction of scrap & rework * Documentation of automated lines (operating instructions, work instructions, collaboration in FMEA and root cause analysis, problem solving) Customer complaints - participates in identifying root causes, collaborates on solutions, execution Manufacturing cost optimization
