About This Role
The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in improving production efficiency, quality, and capacity. This hands‑on role requires spending 30‑50% of the time on the manufacturing floor, working directly with production staff to implement best practices, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement. The Manufacturing Engineer must follow sound project management practices and lead capital equipment projects and support new product introduction projects.
