Position Summary
IEM is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Manufacturing Engineer, E2) for our Surrey, B.C. location and will report to the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering. The role is responsible for driving process improvements, implementing standard work, and leading continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving and Kaizen methodologies.
