Manufacturing Engineer – Tijuana
Reporting to the Manager Engineering, this role involves planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes to provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes.
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes within schedule and budget parameters.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and workflows.
- Define equipment maintenance requirements and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in PFMEA and control plan development for new products.
- Write and update work instructions, specifications, and procedures.
