Role Purpose
Design and develop manufacturing processes that ensure capacity, stability, quality, productivity, and safety for both current processes and new programs. This role is highly operational, with strong shop-floor presence, focusing on process feasibility, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project quotation data to establish technical and operational objectives.
- Design manufacturing processes aligned with production feasibility and requirements.
- Develop production processes that meet quality, capacity, and productivity targets using standard operating methods and proper machine setup.
- Standardize processes across similar operations and different machines to reduce tooling and equipment inventory while simplifying setup and operation.
