**YOUR ROLE**
As Manufacturing Manager on our team, you will: Responsible to the Manufacturing Superintendent for implementing manufacturing systems that ensure compliance with the quality, cost, and delivery objectives of their area.
**In your daily job you will**:
- Ensure that each client's specific production programs are carried out and adhered to.
- Execute strategies and activities that optimize the use of human, financial, material, and technical resources.
- Execute strategies that ensure compliance with the manufacturing quality system.
- Implement activities for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing system in their area.
- Coordinate with the plant and/or central functional areas regarding the services required by the manufacturing area.
- Promote a productive and safe work environment in their area.
- Develop cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
