A Day in the Life
•As a Manufacturing Supervisor you are the primary resource for delivering success of the day-to-day operations, among the different activities you will: Supervise a group of team leaders and manufacturing operators. Assure compliance to all quality requirements while delivering to expected business service and financial targets. Calculate daily productivity based on team members working and product manufactured. Escalate needs to ensure fast response to deliver results. Use problem solving techniques to properly manage situations among the shift.
