Manufacturing Technical Leader 2 (N)

Manufacturing Engineering Management 2 – role focused on leading technical teams in manufacturing processes.

Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.

5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience with customer contact, introduction of new products, and leading customer meetings.

• 80% English proficiency
• Statistical analysis, leadership, standard work, lean tools (SMED, TPM, 5’s, OEE, etc.)
• Maintenance, onsite support, analysis for SMT machinery (Fuji, Panasonic, Dek, Speedline, etc.) development and analysis
• SMT programming, development of improvement projects, detection of efficiency detractors
• Attendance at project team meetings, training technicians, and follow‑up on efficiency strategies
