What you will do
- Demonstrate exemplary leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection by applying Pomerleau’s HSE standards as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
- Plan and oversee the construction site by developing the schedule with the team, meeting milestones, and collaborating with the project manager from the start.
- Lead and mentor the site team with a hands‑on approach to support, train, and guide team members.
- Collaborate effectively with business partners, consultants, and clients, including during coordination meetings.
- Ensure compliance and quality by making sure materials, plans, and specifications meet standards and applicable codes.
- Manage resources and logistics by identifying workforce needs, maintaining inventory, and receiving materials according to company policies.
