Job Description
Market Lead, Energy (Canada West) will lead WSP’s Energy strategy across western Canada and beyond. This senior leadership role involves overseeing projects, managing key accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and growing the Energy portfolio while delivering service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Energy practice in Western Canada.
- Act as a technical market leader, applying advanced knowledge and serving as a top “go‑to” resource.
- Make decisions on highly complex work approaches for project components and team tasks.
- Anticipate business needs, secure required resources, and lead initiatives to implement organizational change.
- Recommend and participate in decision-making on technical and complex aspects of WSP projects.
- Be accountable for certain client accounts and engagements within the Energy group.
- Support growth of technical disciplines required for Energy.
