About The Role
Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front‑line performance and ensure the business operates safely. We’re looking for a Market & Liquidity Risk Specialist to identify, quantify, and manage market and liquidity risks in Colombia. You’ll be working in the second line of defence, ensuring that first‑line teams proactively manage risks and maintain effective controls.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining market and liquidity risk policies, limits, stress‑testing frameworks, and reporting processes.
- Challenging first‑line teams on liquidity risk identification, monitoring, and governance, including new product risk assessments.
- Modelling market and liquidity risks under different stress scenarios using appropriate assumptions and calibrations.
