Marketing Assistant/Analyst
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Marketing Assistant/Analyst for a contract position in CA (Hybrid). The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Collaborate with marketing and account teams to develop and execute marketing deliverables targeted to employers and members that support profitable membership growth and retention
- Design and develop creative content across digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, email, social media, and digital campaigns
- Support the concepting and execution of marketing campaigns, from initial idea through final production
- Recommend actions to improve content and design based on campaign performance
- Create and manage visual assets for media, video, presentations, and print materials, ensuring brand consistency and high design quality
