I'm currently partnering with a growing home services organization looking for a Marketing Automation & ServiceTitan Specialist.
The Details:
Hybrid in the GTA (open to strong talent across Canada). 3–6 month initial contract (with high extension potential).
If you love geeking out over customer lifecycle journeys, lead conversion funnels, and tying marketing performance directly to operational operations—this is for you. You’ll be the internal SME leveraging the ServiceTitan ecosystem to drive measurable business growth.
The Must-Haves:
- 5+ years in marketing automation, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceTitan (strongly preferred!).
- Background in home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or field services.
- Deep knowledge of automated customer journeys, attribution tracking, and platforms like Google Ads & Meta.
