Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing email marketing and outbound lead generation campaigns.
- Experience in the Information Technology or Software Development industry is preferred.
- Prior experience working in a Software Development company is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with Instantly or similar cold email platforms.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM for lead management and pipeline tracking.
- Strong knowledge of lead data management, including data cleaning, deduplication, segmentation, and CSV preparation.
- Ability to create and manage multi-step email sequences, personalize outreach, qualify leads, and handle email responses effectively.
