Marketing Portfolio Lead – Crop Protection, Eastern Canada

Responsibilities
- Lead a comprehensive marketing campaign planning process, co‑creating with cross‑functional stakeholders (customer‑facing, Marketing/CX, Market Development, Product Teams, Product Supply, etc.).
- Develop and deploy foundational marketing campaigns focused on priority solutions that balance broad foundational components and localized flexibility to maximize customer relevance, impact and efficiency.
- Lead creation and execution of marketing programs and tactics (customized agronomic solutions, cross‑sell/upsell programs, product launch incentives, etc.) to ensure they meet or exceed customer needs.
