Job Title: Markham Campus Digital and Library Support Lead
Purpose
The Digital and Library Support Lead provides customer service to patrons onsite and acts as a lead to the Digital and Library Support Assistants at the Markham Library, under the direction of the Digital Development Supervisor.
Education
Completion of a post‑secondary diploma or degree program in a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 1‑year experience in administrative support roles in a high‑volume environment.
Skills
- Proficient with media editing software including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Audacity, and OpenShot.
- Proficient with makerspace related software such as Prusa Slicer and Lightburn.
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Google Calendar and Dropbox.
