Position Overview
The Assistant Lift Operations Supervisor works as part of the Mountain Operations team. They will assist in all aspects of Lift Operations including training new staff, ensuring all Lift Operations staff are competent in Marmot Basin’s procedures and policies, ensuring Lift Operations is coordinated with the needs of other departments, and generally overseeing the daily departmental requirements under the direction or in the absence of the Lift Operations Supervisor. The Assistant Lift Operations Supervisor will also help maintain records and documents such as daily lift logs, lift incident reports, employee training files, etc. The incumbent should expect to be working outside in any, all and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
