Become a Specification Manager at Masco Canada, leading hybrid efforts from the St. Thomas, ON office. Drive specification initiatives and strengthen pipeline visibility across operations.
In this role, the Specification & Pipeline Manager will focus on driving specification growth for Delta Commercial while ensuring effective governance and transparency in the lead qualification process. You’ll work with Business Development Managers, marketing, and external partners to align pipeline management with project needs, using tools like MasterSpec and ConstructConnect for tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tracking mechanisms for the commercial pipeline

• Perform project take-offs to capture immediate business
