Job Description
Responsibilities: Operate and oversee concrete mixing machines and batching systems to ensure optimal performance. Verify and maintain precise material proportions in accordance with project-specific mix designs. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency, strength, and compliance of concrete batches. Supervise, train, and guide junior mixing staff and laborers to uphold operational standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on mixing equipment to prevent downtime. Strictly adhere to safety regulations, quality control protocols, and environmental standards. Collaborate with site engineers and construction supervisors to align concrete production with project timelines and requirements.
