Designation: Vendor & Customer Master Data Specialist (SAP ECC) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Vendor & Customer Master Data Specialist to manage the creation, maintenance, and validation of vendor and customer master records in SAP ECC. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to approval workflows while maintaining high-quality master data standards. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain Vendor and Customer Master records in SAP ECC. Verify whether requests are received from authorized personnel with the required approvals. Review requests to determine whether they are for new master data creation or extension of existing records. Track and monitor requests through designated portals and/or manual trackers. Validate critical information such as company details, addresses, VAT/GST registration, tax information, and bank details using authorized verification platforms and supporting documentation.
