Job Description
Supervise daily warehouse and material management activities. Manage receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement details. Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of materials. Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and coordinate material replenishment. Ensure compliance with military facility procedures and security rules. Maintain warehouse documentation, reports, and audit records. Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily work activities. Ensure safe storage, housekeeping, and HSE compliance. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, maintenance, and operations teams.
