Outcomes:
- Reduce MRO spending by 25% by December 31, 2026 through improved inventory control, supplier consolidation, preventive maintenance planning, and approval tracking, while maintaining required production uptime and critical spare availability.
- Achieve and maintain a minimum 95% on-time delivery rate from suppliers in this category by Q4 2026 through supplier scorecards, weekly delivery performance reviews, and escalation procedures for late or incomplete shipments.
