Seattle Children’s Fetal Center is seeking an experienced **Maternal-Fetal Medicine Sonographer** to join our multidisciplinary team in Seattle. This unique role offers the opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized fetal surgeons and maternal-fetal medicine specialists, providing advanced diagnostic imaging and procedural support for complex, high-risk pregnancies.
The successful candidate will perform comprehensive fetal ultrasound examinations in both outpatient and operative settings, supporting the diagnosis, management, and treatment of a wide range of fetal conditions. Ultrasound services include detailed anatomic surveys, twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) evaluations, fetal Doppler studies, and advanced fetal assessments. In the operating room, the sonographer will provide real-time ultrasound guidance for fetal interventions, including laser ablation for TTTS, fetal shunt placements, intrauterine transfusions (IUTs), and other specialized fetal proce...
