Become a Front End Driver with Matrec, a GFL division located in Navan, ON. This permanent role involves customer service, route completion, and waste logistics.
In this full-time position, Matrec is looking for motivated Drivers to fulfill vital waste collection tasks. Primary responsibilities include conducting safety checks on the vehicle, managing daily waste routes, and ensuring customer bins are serviced properly. You’ll also be responsible for adhering to municipal protocols during waste disposal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer service needs during collection
• Perform daily inspections pre and post trip
• Complete designated routes in a timely fashion
• Safely handle waste transfer to disposal sites
• Maintain complete paperwork during driver check-ins
Requirements:
• High school diploma; additional education considered an asset
• 1-2 years of relevant driving experience
