Reporting to the Director of Administration and Operations, you will provide vital support for ongoing faculty recruitment, appointments, and processes tied to academic staff. Your role will ensure the accurate management of documentation and compliance with university standards across the academic employment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key contact for departmental and academic questions
• Oversee faculty recruitment, tenure, and promotion documentation
• Ensure adherence to regulations and timely processing of academic requests
• Contribute to reporting on faculty performance evaluations
