Position Overview
The incumbent will work within the Technical Operations department alongside the PRC division, serving as a Licensed PRC MC/PE Technician to support the Product Resource Group. Responsibilities include performing Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and services on all HC Stock units and fleets, and providing technical expertise to various Honda departments while directly dealing with associates on issues and services.
Responsibilities
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on all MC/PE products, advertising units, and BPU units, including gas checks, test rides, washes, and detailing.
- Install all required accessories.
- Provide maintenance and repair services on all HC stock units.
- Survey and terminate HC stock units, maintain service logs, and prepare work orders.
