The Arc Carroll County is seeking energetic and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Meaningful Day Program.
Schedule:
- 30 hours/week
- Monday–Friday
- Hours vary between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Support individuals in person-centered activities that promote independence
- Create and implement innovative and meaningful activities tailored to each person’s goals and interests
- Encourage skill development in job readiness, social skills, self-care, math, reading, and safety
- Provide personal care and mobility support as needed
- Assist with community access and transportation
