Responsibilities
- Design mechanical systems for robotics, automation equipment, gauges, and assembly tooling.
- Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to develop automation solutions.
- Perform engineering calculations related to materials, forces, and motion systems.
- Create detailed drawings, assemblies, and bills of materials using SolidWorks.
- Review designs for safety and customer standards compliance.
- Collaborate with electrical and controls teams.
- Support manufacturing during build, debug, and integration of equipment.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams on technical requirements and design updates.
