Mechanical Designer within WSP’s Buildings M&E team in Winnipeg. You will translate engineering concepts into coordinated, constructible mechanical designs. Work alongside engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality building systems for safe, efficient, and sustainable communities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed mechanical layouts, drawings, and 3D models for building systems including HVAC, hydronics, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and controls using REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, structural, electrical, and other disciplines to support clash‑free construction documentation.
- Support engineers by developing design details, schedules, and drawing packages from design development through issued‑for‑construction.
