You as a “M&E Project Manager ” will be:
Plan the Mechanical, Electrical and Information Technology Scopes of work of a construction project and prepare a construction schedule in conjunction with the Project Team MembersPrepare / Evaluate regular, timely and accurate billings for the mechanical and electrical subcontractor components of the project.Monitor in conjunction with the Superintendent, a project’s material and labour costs for Mechanical and Electrical components and assure accurate reporting is being conductedReview Mechanical and Electrical changes received from the Consultants to ensure they are complete and up to standards and review subcontractor prices on these changesProvide expert advice and proactively report on delivery and performance, utilizing available tools and information while maintaining detailed, accurate and up to date reco...
