Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, and validation of HVAC systems for off-highway and transport applications . This role requires expertise in mechanical design, thermodynamics and heat transfer, as well as practical knowledge of metal fabrication and CNC programming. The ideal candidate will be experienced in integrating HVAC systems into Off-Highway vehicles, rail, or specialty mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical design and development of HVAC systems for off‑highway transport vehicles, buses, trucks, and other specialty mobile platforms, using SolidWorks for 3D design.
- Supporting the assembly team, troubleshooting issues and ensuring design intent is achieved
- Oversee system architecture, component selection, and performance validation to meet thermal and energy efficiency targets.
