Job Summary
As Mechanical Engineer in the Industrial Studio, you will work alongside a team of engineers, engineers in training, technologists, designers, and co-ops to execute projects of varying size and complexity. You will contribute to the development, mentoring, and coaching of team members, ensuring technical quality and advancing the efficiency of the mechanical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Workload and resource planning with the Industrial Mechanical team, coordinating with team leads and members.
- Engage with other team members and mechanical staff within BC to assist with technical development.
- Provide internal leadership in design excellence, coaching, recruitment, and retention.
- Lead or assist in the development of single discipline.
- Provide fee development and technical writing support for mechanical components of medium to large multidisciplinary proposals.
