Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, detailed, and coordinated design solutions on budget and on time.
- Assist Project Manager and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
Required Skills
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills.
- Heating and cooling load calculations using HAP tools or similar.
- Ability to size mechanical systems.
- Ability to review, interpret, and apply building codes in different jurisdictions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Identify potential risks and report them to the PMs.
