Job Description
Summary
This role is responsible for leading the Mechanical Engineering organization in the design and development of mechanical systems and product solutions for all HMH Mechanical products, including activities linked to technical improvement and sustaining activities for existing products and components. In addition, this role will drive talent development and engagement for the team, as well as partner with other functional leaders at the site to ensure a high‑performance environment within the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of design, analysis, or evaluation of HMH Mechanical products using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.
