Mechanical Estimator - commercial construction

On behalf of our client, who's a well-regarded mechanical contractor in Calgary, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Estimator to join our growing pre‑construction team. In this role, you will analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates for commercial mechanical systems. Your scope will cover HVAC, plumbing, heating for projects ranging from $1M to $15M+. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of mechanical building codes, and a proven track record of securing profitable commercial contracts. Key Responsibilities

Take‑offs & Quantities: Perform comprehensive digital quantity take-offs for HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and piping systems using industry software.
