Job Description
The Training Specialist (f/m/d) is responsible fordelivering instructor-led training within Medi24. The incumbentshall be able to operate globally in implementing training deliveryand design, contributing to projects, and maintaining our knowledgebase. This role has responsibility for the delivery of trainingacross all Medi24 platforms. In this task the role is supported bya team of Training Specialists globally, and InstructionalDesigners to help create training content. Responsibility willinclude delivery of new hire onboarding and training, management ofthe knowledge base, conducting training needs analyses and buildingtailored training plans to improve performance. The incumbent willreport to the Senior Training Specialist, and will be located inBern.
