About the Role
As a Medical Assistant in General and Vascular Surgery at Quincy Medical Group, you will play a key role in supporting patients throughout their surgical care journey. Working closely with surgeons, advanced practice providers, and the care team, you will assist with patient visits, procedure preparation, care coordination, and follow-up care.
Schedule
Full‑time position, Monday‑Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. Hours may vary based on provider and departmental needs. Position based in Quincy, Illinois. No weekends, holidays, overnight shifts, or routine on‑call requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs, medical histories, medication information, and visit details.
- Assist providers with examinations, minor procedures, and specialty clinical workflows.
