The Medical Superintendent will oversee the clinical operations of the hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while managing resources effectively.

Clinical Governance and Quality Assurance --
- Clinical Oversight: Supervising all medical and clinical departments to ensure high standards of patient care and treatment.
- Quality Standard Maintenance: Ensuring compliance with national and international healthcare accreditation standards (such as NABH, JCI, or ISO).
- Policy Formulation: Developing, implementing, and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and clinical protocols for the hospital.
