Main Purpose of Job The Medical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering scientific, therapeutic area, and product training for internal teams (sales representatives, key account managers, and regional sales coaches) on prescription (Rx) medicines. The role ensures that customer-facing teams are well-equipped with accurate, up-to-date, and compliant medical knowledge to drive effective scientific engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs). Key Job Responsibilities Training Design & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver training programs on disease areas, pharmacology, product knowledge, and competitor landscape for the Rx portfolio. Conduct onboarding training for new hires, ensuring rapid integration into medical and compliance standards. Organise refresher training and advanced modules based on product lifecycle, market dynamics, and sales needs.
