Conditions: Nephrologist/General Medicine dual trained Consultant required Thursday 16 July 0800 - 1700: Attend handover in the rehabilitation meeting room. Renal clinic - Full Day. Friday 17 July 0800 - 0800: Attend handover in the rehabilitation meeting room. Renal clinic Full Day. Physician on call on site 1500-1700, off site 1700 - 0800. Transfer of care of existing patients. Set up tasks for JMOs and Registrars. Take calls for admissions and additional call enquiries. Saturday 18July: Physician on call on site 0800 - 1700, off site 1700 - 0800. Follow up with existing patient base and review admissions. Take calls for admissions and answer enquiries. Sunday 19July: Physician on call on site 0800 - 1700, off site 1700 - 0800. Follow up with existing patient base and review admissions. Take calls for admissions and answer enquiries.
