- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to all personnel onboard.
- Manage the rig’s medical facility, ensuring stock levels and equipment are maintained.
- Conduct health and safety education and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports as per company policy.
- **Requirements**:
- Certified Medic/Nurse with documented sea service experience.
- Valid medical certifications and BOSIET or equivalent safety training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in remote locations and handle emergencies efficiently.
