Job Summary
Responsible to setup the strategy and execution for all preventive programs related to injury and Illness prevention, ergonomics, EATON's Standards, as well as the administration of medical department, and compliance with the applicable legal requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates the workers' health surveillance program including hiring evaluations, periodic examinations, and SOPs.
- Identify the potential causes of accidents and occupational diseases, in coordination with the industrial safety department, getting involved at the implementation of preventive safety and hygiene measures.
- Contribute preparation of the epidemiological preventive program for diseases due to exposure to chemical, physical, biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial agents, according to the nature of work and industrial activities carried out in the differe...
