In the assumption that someone else caught it. The Meetings and Events Manager at Encore is the person who closes that gap, every time, before the client ever knows it was there. We're looking for an event professional who owns outcomes, not just tasks. The Role The Meetings and Events Manager carries full accountability for every event in their portfolio, from first conversation through final invoice. That means hotel coordination, attendee logistics, group air collaboration, platform configuration, reporting, and on-site readiness. All of it.
