Convatec is looking for a Membership Analyst in Bogotá, Colombia, to provide support for Membership Administration initiatives. You will maintain and update customer membership information, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and assist in the resolution of discrepancies.
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Analytics, or Membership Support, along with an advanced level of English. Familiarity with contract administration in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
