Role: Memory Circuit Design Engineer
Location: Remote
Mode: Contract
Qualifications Required:
- Experience with CADENSE and SPECTRE (tools used for circuit design)
- Minimum of 2-13+ years of experience in Memory Design, especially with mainstream SRAM tools
- Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in E&E and E&C
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of SRAM architecture, Critical Path Modeling, Full Cut Analysis, and Monte Carlo Simulations
