Job Description
Overview
The Merchandiser is responsible for performing merchandising activities, constructing displays and stocking of SGWS products in retail accounts as requested by sales teams or retail customers. The Merchandiser will install promotional point-of-sale materials to achieve display objectives and stock products as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Introduce and sell in new product distribution, direct delivery orders, and consult with buyers, marketing and sellers related to product positioning and presentation plansStay abreast of business/market conditions, recognize new opportunities within each account, maintain the necessary territory records and support the territory manager’s visibility and market saturation in the accountIntroduce new products, reinforce established and agreed upon case volume and display activity and monitor in store promotion resultsParticipates in Market Blitz’s as require...
