WE ARE HIRING: Corporate Development & M&A Director Location: Mexico City or Monterrey (Hybrid) Compensation: $140,000 – $210,000 MXN Gross/Month + Performance Bonuses Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) With massive international capital entering Mexico, companies are scaling rapidly through strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital infrastructure investments. We are headhunting a Corporate Development & M&A Director to lead the evaluation, structuring, and execution of high-value corporate investments. What you will own: • Leading end-to-end deal pipelines, including financial modeling, valuation, and commercial due diligence for regional acquisitions. • Coordinating external advisors (legal, tax, accounting, and investment banking teams) to ensure seamless transaction closures. • Preparing executive-level investment business cases directly for the CFO, Country Manager, and global board reviews.
